Tarleton Sports Medicine spent November 5, 2010 at the Susan G. Komen 3-Day-Walk. Athletic Training students cared for approximately 250 of the walkers. The students provided health care including care of open wounds, injuries, and stretching for the walkers. The walkers walked 20 miles a day for 3 days (60 miles) to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer. This is the fourth year the Tarleton Sports Medicine program has volunteered for this event.
